BusySeed Growth Mindset Scholarship Official Rules


NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

The BusySeed Growth Mindset Scholarship (“Scholarship”) is sponsored by BusySeed LLC, located at 1178 Broadway #508, New York, NY 10001 (“Sponsor”).



2. Eligibility

The Scholarship is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are currently enrolled in, or accepted to, a Title IV accredited, non-profit, four-year public or private college, university, or graduate program in the United States (“School”).


Employees, officers, and directors of BusySeed LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.


Void where prohibited by law.



3. Scholarship Period

The Scholarship begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on January 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 1, 2026 (“Scholarship Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be accepted.



4. How to Apply

To enter, eligible applicants must complete the official scholarship form available at www.busyseed.com/scholarship during the Scholarship Period.


Applicants must provide:

  • Full name and valid email address
  • Name of college or university and major
  • A personal introduction (150–250 words) describing themselves, their growth mindset, and their passion for digital marketing
  • 1–3 digital marketing work samples, such as social media campaigns, ads, analytics screenshots, content pieces, or other marketing projects that demonstrate creativity, innovation, and impact


Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase or payment is required to apply.



5. Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected based on the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated creativity and originality
  • Clarity of vision and goals
  • Alignment with BusySeed’s values of innovation, integrity, and growth


All eligible entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges selected by BusySeed. The potential winner will be notified by email no later than August 1, 2026.


If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, another applicant may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.



6. Award Details

The winner will receive a one-time $1,000 (USD) award, which will be issued directly to the winner in the form of a check after eligibility has been verified. The funds may be used toward tuition, educational materials, living expenses, or other costs that support the recipient’s academic and professional development.


Before the award is released, the selected winner may be required to provide proof of enrollment at a qualifying institution in order to confirm eligibility.


The award is non-transferable and may not be substituted for any other form of payment.



7. Publicity and Rights

By submitting an application, applicants grant BusySeed LLC the right to use their name, school, likeness, and submitted materials (including essays or excerpts) in promotional materials, online content, and press releases without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.



8. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Scholarship application process will be used solely for the purpose of administering the program and will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties except as necessary for judging and verification.



9. General Conditions

BusySeed reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Scholarship at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the process.


Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules or that contain false or misleading information will be disqualified.

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The Scholarship is subject to all applicable U.S. laws and void where prohibited.



10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, applicants agree to release and hold harmless BusySeed LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Scholarship or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any award.



11. Governing Law

The Scholarship and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
