#1 Instagram – is an immediate way to gain brand awareness. The most important facts are that Instagram is user-friendly, and the main focus is visual content. The tool gives insight about your followers and how well your posts are doing. You’re able to create promotions to reach more customers and build your business. Last but not least, add a contact button to your profile to make it easier for people to get in touch with you.

#2 Twitter – is a fast an easy platform to get your message across. Have a new product/service, package deal, sale? Easily inform your followers and potential customers with a short message of 145 characters or less, and an image or video. Most importantly, Twitter allows you to engage with your customers on another level. You’re able to be more personable, and answer any questions, concerns, and compliments fast and easy.

#3 Snapchat – Snapchat is the perfect app to increase community engagement and brand awareness. The Snapchat story consists of either picture and 10-second video options. After 24 hours, the post deletes off the story permanently. Snapchat is great for your business because your customers get to see a more authentic view of your product, service, event, etc. Behind the scenes, snaps of a special event or project is an effective strategy for customer retention.
