Healthcare is an ever-growing industry that has hundreds of branches and sectors within it. From hospitals to doctors to pharmacies to alternative medicine, the health and wellness industry is full of potential. Marketing for healthcare businesses can be tricky, particularly in the digital realm. To protect citizens from harmful advice or false data, many social media platforms are strict about what health and wellness content is permitted. While you may run into some hiccups, we have success stories proving that a healthcare marketing agency can get you the results you want. We want to share some of those successes with you, and explain the tips and tricks we used to achieve them.

17,000+ Page Likes in Under One Year
The Story: This healthcare client came to BusySeed looking for help with social media marketing. Our team combined our managed social media service with our digital ads service and the results exceeded the client's expectations! We built out the Facebook page from scratch, starting with zero followers. In under one year, the page had 17,236 followers/page likes!

If You Want Similar Results: We were able to achieve these results thanks to our understanding of marketing for healthcare. To see similar success, you'll want to take a look at your digital content. Some healthcare marketing agencies fall into the trap of posting content that is too clinical. You want to create posts that are engaging and eye-catching. Of course, it's important to provide relevant and important information, but you must avoid jargon and lengthy blocks of texts. You may be trying to teach, but you need to also come across as friendly, inviting, and caring; all the things that make doctors trustworthy. You'll also want to steer clear of fear-mongering. You may be discussing serious topics around mental and physical health, but don't try to scare people into liking your content or following your page - we promise it won't work. Rather than focus on the negative, offer words of encouragement or motivation, and show how your business can help overcome difficult medical issues.

Once your content is perfected, it's time to master Facebook advertising! Organic content can be found without ads, but for immediate and drastic results, ads are a must. Facebook ads manager is simple to use once you get the hang of it. Advertising on Facebook will show great results thanks to their targeting options. You'll pay to show your ad to people who are most interested in it. Most businesses tend to have an idea of who they want to target. Start there, and narrow or expand as the campaign continues. After a bit of A/B testing, you'll find the sweet spot that gets you hundreds or thousands of results!

$664,000 Worth of Leads in 12 Days

The Story: We had another health and wellness client join our family in the hopes of generating leads to spiritual retreats. Our team created a landing page designed for lead generation. On the landing page, we described the retreats and the benefits of attending, creating an effective website funnel to seal the deal and get people to fill out the contact form. We used Facebook advertising to spread the lead generation page out to the target audience, and within 12 days, 160 people had signed up. Each retreat is valued at $4,000, meaning that our client had $640,000 worth of potential revenue generated in under two weeks.

If You Want Similar Results: We've acted as the healthcare marketing agency for clients in all sectors of the industry. There are so many reasons that health and wellness clients look for lead generation services. We help to fill retreats, get newsletter signups, book appointments, register new patients, and so much more. If you want to generate leads while marketing for healthcare services, you'll need a great landing page. If you're not sure, a landing page is a webpage that people are directed to from a link. In most cases, lead generation pages are a single page with multiple sections. You want to avoid creating a page that just asks for information. Building trust is key to getting filled out forms. Start off with an attention-getting title. Use inviting imagery or visuals. Go on to explain your business or whatever people are signing up for. Although it's a single webpage, your lead generation landing page should create a website funnel; draw customers in, gain their trust, highlight unique selling points, and capture information. We suggest finding a healthcare marketing agency to build out the page for you. They will have past experience in the industry and will understand the type of warming required to get leads.

As with our first example, Facebook advertising will help you get leads. You can have the nicest form in the world, but if it isn't being seen, it's not going to work. Social media ads in general are great for promoting lead generation, as are Google ads. In this particular case, we relied solely on Facebook. If we can get 160 leads in 12 days with the help of just one ad platform, imagine what you can achieve with even more!

371.4% Increase in Seminar Attendees in 3 Months

The Story: Here's an example of how marketing for healthcare can be used for in-person events. A physician signed on with our team with the hopes of getting more attendees to her monthly seminars of digestive health and lifestyle medicine. Prior to BusySeed, she was working with someone who claimed to be a healthcare marketing agency. On average, the doctor saw around 7 attendees at each of her events. We took over the events and began to advertise them on Facebook and Eventbrite. We were able to get a full capacity of registrations for each event (between 75 and 100 depending on the event), and the number of actual attendees shot up. In just three months, the doctor had 475 tickets sold, and saw up to 33 attendees at her seminars! That's an increase of 371.4%!

If You Want Similar Results: Do you also host events? You could see a huge spike like this for yourself! Firstly, we highly recommend promoting all events on Eventbrite. This platform is specifically for posting events, and people can search for topics that interest them. Your event can show up on that search, or on the bottom of other event pages as a suggested similar event. People can purchase tickets from Eventbrite and you'll collect their information for their order. Eventbrite supports online and in-person events, and you can ask for donations, set a free ticket, or offer prices. Healthcare marketing agencies may have other platforms they use, but Eventbrite is a very popular choice that gets a lot of organic traffic. Setting up your event is extremely easy, so anyone can do it!

The next step? Digital ads! Sensing a theme yet? When marketing for healthcare, any time you want results, ads are the go-to. You'll see far more responses and you'll reach people you never would have organically. For this client, we rely solely on Facebook advertising because they perform very well for short-term promotions. For events that repeat or are scheduled far in advance, Google ads can be a great choice. Link your ads to your Eventbrite page so that people can order tickets as soon as they click on the content! If you have events about topics people are interested in, you're sure to see a dramatic increase in sign-ups and attendees!

3x Return On Ad Spend For a Brand New Business

The Story: A new orthodontist from London came to BusySeed to help launch the brand. We were able to build out a logo, social media pages, a custom website, and a lead generation form. Because orthodontists are so popular, we decided that utilizing Google ads would be the most beneficial for the practice. We created a campaign and several ad groups all linking to the lead generation page. Although the doctor was on a tight budget, we were able to get her 35 leads in just over one month! Of those, 3 converted into appointments. Each appointment is worth roughly £2,000. When compared to the cost of running the ad, that's a 3x RoAS!

If You Want Similar Results: Starting a new business can be extremely taxing. While it may seem costly, we highly recommend working with an agency who knows how to handle marketing for healthcare clients. The sooner you work with the pros, the faster you'll see results. Our client's office wasn't even completely furnished when she came on board, and she had 3 appointments lined up. Investing in a partnership with a respected healthcare marketing agency sooner rather than later will help you see interest levels as you build your company. You can figure out what kind of promotions or deals appeal to people, and you can rest easier knowing that you have customers ready to go to you as soon as you're ready.

Healthcare lead generation tends to perform well. Everyone needs doctors, and there is ever-growing popularity for all things health and wellness. Lead generation forms or landing pages are great tools. As we mentioned previously, be sure that you warm up potential leads with a website funnel. Don't jump right in with the important questions; no one will want to answer them! Showcase your business's mission, goals, values, past reviews, promotions, etc. to get attention and gain trust. Make sure the lead generation page is friendly and inviting, and always use your brand's colors, logos, and fonts.

For this client, BusySeed decided to run campaigns on Google. Google advertising is extremely effective because it is based on keywords. If your business is in the healthcare industry, you likely have several frequently-searched keywords that apply to you. Using these keywords, we can target a captive audience who is actively searching for services like yours. When someone searched for "orthodontists in London," our client's ad was displayed. Anyone who clicked on the ad was searching for an orthodontist, and that makes them much more likely to fill out the lead generation form than someone with any health-related interest that Facebook advertising would target.

These are only a handful of the successes we've been able to achieve for health and wellness clients. We take pride in our status as a healthcare marketing agency, and we are Forbes accredited. We've had many clients in the industry spanning across just about every sector. Even if we've never worked with a business exactly like yours, we will do everything in our power to help you get the results you want. We are constantly learning new platforms and new digital tools, and we'll gladly take on new challenges for you. Marketing for healthcare services doesn't have to be hard. With BusySeed, it won't be. We are your one-stop-shop for all things digital marketing, and we're ready to get to work! Call us at (888) 353-1484 to speak to our business developers and get started!

AI can generate sequences quickly, but speed doesn’t equal persuasion. Effective nurture depends on timing, empathy, and context that generic generation often misses.

In this episode, we’re taking a hard look at the "post-novelty" era of AI in 2026. We discuss how artificial intelligence has shifted from a front-page "magic trick" into the invisible operating system of the internet—and why that’s actually making it harder than ever for businesses to stand out.

Search visibility is no longer built through organic efforts alone. Paid media reinforces relevance, engagement, and entity recognition that generative systems rely on. Treating paid and SEO as one system creates compounding visibility instead of isolated wins.

Over-optimized automation often prioritizes volume over intent. When creative lacks human clarity, platforms chase cheap conversions that rarely convert downstream. Buyer quality depends more on message depth than algorithmic efficiency.
